What Makes Us Great
A real descendant of Blackbeard the Pirate, our story starts out back in 2007 when we decided to do a Barbecue competition and had no idea what we were getting into. We thought it was a small local competition, but it ended up being a national 3-day professional competition. We were competing against chefs and professional bbq chefs from all across the United States. Well, long story short we won that competition and we're thrust into the national spotlight. We continued doing competitions and have won over 26 different competitions including Oyster, Shrimp, Clam chowder, Sausage, Chili, as well as Best Chicken Wings on Maui and every type of meat that is out there.
Josh went on and became a food and wine pairing chef at over 100 wineries and won tons of other competitions such as maui chopped (2nd Place) Taste of the rogue, Northwest Clam Chowder Champion, Pacific Northwest BBQ champion, Chef of the month by Healthy Living Magazine, and many more. Now Anthony and Josh are back together again and creating amazing dishes like no flavor people have seen before. Offering everything from exotic catering to real Pirate show type dinners.
